About Therapy

You’ve been wanting to make a change…

You’ve thought about how you want your life to be different. You wouldn’t be on this page unless you desire to resolve an issue, heal, or transform your life experience.

There is some rupture you are experiencing with yourself. It might have occurred when you were five… or in the last five months.

By exploring your history and validating your experiences as a person, that tear you experience over time will grow smaller, and the pain attached will lessen.

I invite you to bring it all to the table…

This is where we’ll explore your pain, joy, concerns, anxiety, and life wins. You have the opportunity to bring your whole self into the room.

You can begin to feel confident in knowing and sharing more of yourself to bring the positive experiences in this room back into the world.

I’m here… ready to lean into your humanity so that I know you…

Your history…

Your pain…

Your strengths…

Your capacity for growth.

Change happens when you know and accept who you truly are… and by sharing that sense of self with the world.

About Me

I know therapy works because I’ve experienced it myself.

I’ll never forget that first session. As I left, I didn’t know exactly how I would change or the road I was about to go down, but I could feel that things would be different.

There was a new hope alive in me. What made me hopeful was that someone was sitting across from me, ready to embrace whoever I was.

And since that day, I have never lost the hope that, no matter what, change is possible.

Some of my education and experience…

I graduated from Antioch University with a master’s in clinical psychology.

I have trained in psychodynamic and relational therapy and saw individuals and couples at the Southern California Counseling Center. My work with these individuals and couples focuses on how their relationships with themselves and each other inform their sense of self.

When I’m not doing therapy…

I love watching films, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. These passions allow me to continue to learn about the experiences of others and eel connected to the world and the stories that make up our world.
