Where is your office?
My office is located at 1849 Sawtelle Blvd, Suite 610, Los Angeles, CA 90025.
What are your hours?

My hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 am-6:00 pm on Friday.

There is flexibility, and I do make accommodations, so I welcome any questions or requests that you may have about appointment hours.

How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Do you take insurance?
I accept most insurance plans as an out of network provider. I also offer a superbill to submit to insurance companies.
How do I get started?
First, we will have a 15-minute consultation on the phone. Afterward, if we feel we are a good match, we will schedule the first session.
What is your experience?

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Religion and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles.

I have worked as a counselor at Southern California Counseling Center in Los Angeles. I have had the privilege to work with many different populations of Los Angeles, ranging from working as a therapist with individuals and couples to leading a homeless men’s support group and completing the 40-hour Sojourn Domestic Violence training.

What is therapy?
I conceptualize therapy as the process of coming into deeper contact with your feelings. Through this process of coming into contact with yourself, you are better equipped to understand yourself and handle life’s challenges.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you are ready to take the risk of sharing your feelings with a therapist, I believe therapy can be a wonderful and transformative experience that will empower you to take charge of your life.
