Navigating Young Adulthood

It’s been a few years…

You still feel the glow of college, but 30 is approaching a lot quicker than you anticipated.

Suddenly, an internal pressure to feel more settled in the world is rising.

“Do I want a family?”

“Do I want to keep living in my current city? Or do I want to take a leap of faith and move to a new place?”

“Should I get deeper into my profession or transition while I feel I have the time and space to do so?”

There is no “right” answer to any of these questions. But these questions deserve a space to be listened to and processed.

Deciding what to do when ANYTHING is possible…

With youth comes so much possibility, so much openness. But it can be very hard to know how to navigate all the options in front of you.

But ALL these options can make it MORE difficult to know where and what to focus on!

Not knowing how to choose the “right” future is a normal feeling.

In school, we receive a lot of information on specific subjects, but very little prepares us for going after our goals (or even how to choose those goals).

But by exploring questions that keep coming up for you, you can prepare yourself to take action.

There is a path that can feel right for you.

You will begin to outline what is important to you – what you want to achieve and how to get there. Once you identify what is important to you, you can build the strength to take risks in going after what you want.

If (like so many people) you don’t know where you want to go but know you’re not happy where you are…

Great… we’ll start there! We’ll process and distill what doesn’t feel right about where you are in life – what’s not working for you. By understanding previous steps that have not led to where you want to be, you will discover alternative paths that you can take.

Let’s put you back on track…

You’ve spent enough time working on this independently. Let me help.

I’m ready to walk beside you on this journey!
